FIGHTERS MUST HAVE :

1. CUPS are a MUST

2. PROPER GLOVES NO LESS THAN 4 OZ MMA GLOVES.

3. VASELINE MUST BE APPLIED ON FIGHTERS FACE BY CORNER TO PREVENT CUTS AND BLOOD.

4. MOUTH GUARD IS A MUST

WHAT ISN'T ALLOWED

1. No overhead slams

2. No knees to the head

3. No eye gouging

4. No hand on the mouth covering mouth and nose area

5. No below the belt(groin area)

kicks, punches, knees

6. No spitting

7. NO HOLDING/GRABBING FIGHTERS CLOTHES

8. IF FIGHTERS AGAINST CAGE FIGHTER MUST NOT HOLD THE CAGE TO PREVENT TAKEDOWNS.

9. No 12 to 6 elbows on back of the head spine area.

10. No punches to the back of the head

11. No hair pulling

12. No Head Butting

Fighters must have

1. Cups are a MUST

2. Vaseline applied to the fighters face by corner to prevent cuts and blood

3. Proper Boxing gloves *NO BAG GLOVES* no less than 12oz boxing gloves. (both fighters MUST wear same oz gloves)

4. Mouth guard is a MUST

What isn't allowed

1. NO Back of the head shots

2. NO Below the belt shots (Groin area)

3. NO Holding the back of the head
