i been doin alot since i learned calisthenics and actually started working 50lb kettlebell. i also have a cheaper version (basically) of a high end resistance band/bar/othershit set, paralettes, 20lb vest, dip station, so i am slowly breaking into everything. I even got a yoga mat. i try to shadow box and hit my reflex ball real hard too lmfao. oh btw i am just starting to do clean and press so i didnt think to record it but did 1 of each as best i could, i think it was clean and press. there are so many, probly my favorite piece along with paralettes. i can even balance my ass off the ground with my arms for upwards of a dozen seconds now i bet (last time was approximately 8 or at least half a dozen).
