i am the cheeziest person here but actually feel like all this kettlebell work may benefit my double jab right cross. aside from that, ima basically side step and switch stances so that i can unload but if i get took down, then i gotta get learned, which i am no opposed to. grrr i am getting excited but who tf am i shidden? i def a nervous aspiring combatant.
