MMA RULES
Fighters must have
1. Cups are a MUST
2. Mouth guards are a MUST
3. Vaseline applied to the fighters face by corner to prevent cuts and blood
4. Proper Boxing gloves..NO BAG GLOVES, no less than 10oz boxing gloves. (10oz -16oz can be worn but both fighters MUST wear same oz gloves)
What isn't allowed
1. Back of the head shots
2. Below the belt shots (Groin area)
3. No Holding the back of the head
BOXING RULES
FIGHTERS MUST HAVE
1. CUPS are a MUST
2. MOUTH GUARD IS A MUST
3. PROPER GLOVES NO LESS THAN 4 OZ MMA GLOVES.
4. VASELINE MUST BE APPLIED ON FIGHTERS FACE BY CORNER TO PREVENT CUTS AND BLOOD
5. MOUTH GUARD IS A MUST
WHAT ISNT ALLOWED
1. NO overhead slams
2. NO knees to the head
3. NO eye gouging
4. NO hand on the mouth covering mouth and nose area
5. NO below the belt(groin area) kicks, punches, knees
6. NO spitting
7. NO holding/grabbing fighters clothes
8. NO grabbing the cage to prevent a takedown
9. NO 12 to 6 elbows on the back of head or spine area
10. NO punches to the back of the head 11. NO hair pulling
12. NO Head Butting
